Most owners vacation several times during the year and enjoy the bountiful array of recreational opportunities that are offered in the area and at STV. Here at Summertree, we offer a heated indoor pool, and outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna for your enjoyment. The indoor pool makes a great “back up plan” on those inclement weather days! During the warmer months, the courtyard pool, which is surrounded by an abundance of plant life and a relaxing atmosphere, is also available. There are also gas grills located on both sun decks for your cooking needs.

Summertree Village is a privately owned resort governed by an association board of five condo owners. Most units have two bedrooms, two full baths, a wet bar and are completely furnished. There are also a few units that have three bedrooms. The two bedroom condos are approximately 1200 square feet so Mom and Dad can watch a movie in the living room while the kids play video games in the bedroom. In addition, there are two screened porches to enjoy the fresh smell of the ocean air. Each building has three floors with four units on each floor.
